All of the studios are fully furnished and equipped with American style kitchenette, bathroom with under-floor heating and hairdryer, with two beds, sofa-bed, satellite television, safety deposit boxes and air conditioning/heating. There are 12 units available with capacity for 3 people in each.

- Apartments cleaning will be done every 3 days.
- Two 9-hole green fees are included per apartment on one-week-stays.
- Outdoor pool, sauna and club house gym facilities are included on all stays and also discounts on tennis courts and green fees.
- Pets are not allowed.
