Inaugurated in July of 2000 in Marbella, Restaurante El Lago was a total gamble for the company as they strived to offer a restaurant with a difference. Situated within the Clubhouse at Greenlife Golf this restaurant offers an unbeatable backdrop of the lake and the golf course, unbeatable service provided by a team of young professionals most of which have been trained in the prestigious catering school “La Consula” in Malaga.

El Lago brings very modern, warm and cosy decor and offers exquisitely creative and elaborate cuisine, which comprises of succulent dishes inspired by everyday favourites using fresh local produce. By the same token, the wine list takes on special significance, offering an extensive selection of exquisite wines that fully compliment the menu.

During the past few years Francisco Garcia and his team helped El Lago become a reference of Andalusian gastronomy, being awarded a star by the Michelin guide since 2005.
